Carol and Ron were exceptional in representing us in the purchase of our condo a few weeks back. When we decided we were ready to purchase a beachfront condo at Navarre Beach, we called Carol Brown. Why Carol? Well, the previous year she excelled in the sale of a previous property we owned. Each detail of that transaction went smoothly. The property was listed with the Carol Brown team and when the acceptable offer was received, we were able to move through the closing process without any hitch. We don’t live in Florida and this transaction was all handled without us having to be present! What a blessing! Now again, we just had a smooth real estate process. Ron Brown actually lives in the same building where we purchased the condo. Our original offer was on a different condo but we withdrew that offer. Ron knew of another condo in the building that was not yet listed but he knew personally the owner and his intent to sell. We offered; he accepted. Because Ron knows every detail regarding the Navarre Beach market, again, this transaction went smoothly. The peace and assurance when you have qualified real estate personnel handing such a large financial investment cannot be measure.
