The Brown team were an excellent group to work with for the sale of our home. When trying to choose a real estate company to work with, they were the only one's willing to visit the house in person versus doing a virtual showing. They also came prepared with other homes in the local area that had recently sold and generated a reasonable listing price for us. That ALSO wasted no time in getting photos of the house (that same day as our initial showing with them) and ultimately, with their excellent marketing skills and knowledge of the area, we had multiple showings within just a few days of first listing and finally sold them home well above our listing price. Being this was our first time selling a home, they walked us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, and generally made it a comfortable and painless experience. I could recommend them more for those looking to sale along the Gulf Coast.

Ron helped us find our 'perfect' home and make the purchase within five hours of touring it, Carol marketed the home we were selling - she and her staff created all of the necessary paperwork very quickly, and we know Kim was in the background helping out. My experience with the Carol Brown Family Real Estate Team was truly outstanding and professional. Initially connected with Ron Brown on the possibility of selling my land at Hidden Creek Estates in Navarre nearly ten years ago. Ron was very knowledgeable about the area and market values and constantly kept me updated in a no pressure style and manner.
