I recently purchased a vacation condo with Kim Brown, in May 2014. The experience of working with Kim and Carol Brown was fabulous. They were patient and assured that I found exactly what was right for me. It was a time-consuming search for me to find the right place; however, Kim was there for every step of the journey. She assured that all of my questions were answered. (And I had a lot of them with this being my first vacation home purchase and my first home purchase in Florida). Kim, Carol, and Rob Brown all treated me respect and were humbling to work with. They approached and treated me and my purchase as if I was purchasing an expensive luxury home; however, I was operating on an affordable budget associated with a relatively small commission fee at the end of the purchase. We were new to the area, and my brother contacted Carol initially for us. Within an hour we were contacted by Carol! We began looking at houses within the week due to our work schedules. The MOST impressive part of working with Carol and her team was that we felt we were her priority....not simply just another client !! We first met Carol in 2008. At that time, she was our realtor in both the buying and selling of properties. When we decided to relocate yet again in 2014, we called Carol. She not only got our house sold in 5 weeks, but, Kim, a member of her team found us the house of our dreams. Carol's knowledge of the real estate market is astounding to us. Carol and her son, Ron, and daughter, Kim are a great team. They had my home listed and sold in no time. It was priced right, and they were always available to answer any questions. They helped with recommendations for small repairs to be done, and cleaning company. I was very pleased with them and would call on them again if I ever decided to sell or lease.

We did a reverse to buy mortgage with the Carol Brown team. One of the team members was always available to answer our questions. If it had not been for Carol Brown's attention to detail and persistence in following up with our mortgage company the transaction would certainly have been delayed or may not have happened. We did not know how valuable a real estate professional was until we were deep into this complicated mortgage. Our home sold at above market value within 3 months of Carol putting it on the market.
