Very professional, friendly and efficient. the whole process went very smoothly. I did a short sale on my house and I heard that short sales can be a nightmare. Mine was fairly quick and pretty much stress free. carol and Kim pretty much took care of everything. Carol Brown is an outstanding and very professional real estate agent. From day one until final closing she went above and beyond her duties. She had great recommendations on how to set up the house for photos and priced the house perfectly. We had a contract in only about 3 weeks. Unfortunately, the house had to be sold as a short sale due to change in duty stations. I had never been through a short sale and was unfamiliar with all aspects. Carol was able to answer all my questions and coordinated with the VA and mortgage company. She truly made this undesired situation much more bearable and helped put my mind at easy. Because I had to transfer locations prior to closing, Carol went out of her way to check on the house and set me up with a great lawn service. Additionally, the night prior to my final departure I accidentally stained the master bedroom carpet. I called Carol immediately and she assured me that she would handle the situation. She personally attempted to clean the stain herself, but was unable. However, she tracked down the company that put in the initial carpet and had them replace it ASAP! Now that's true dedication to the job and your customer.

Carol and her daughter, Kim, were fabulous during our complicated real estate sale. We were using the Housing Assistance Program and they helped us through the process in an exemplary manner. If we had questions, our calls or emails were responded to immediately, and we could not have asked for better real estate representation.
